Director, AI Solutions

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows, deliverables, and new capabilities for internal and client-facing use.
• Own full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions: maintenance, enhancements, reliability.
• Architect solutions to integrate into Polaris IQ's shared intelligence layer.
• Collaborate with AI leadership and stakeholders across GTM/Sales, Product, Software Eng, and Data Eng to identify opportunities.
• Manage and develop 2-3 Jr. AI Strategists; coaching, work review, and growth planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing (agency or brand) focused on client service, product, or tech.
• 2+ years shipping AI systems—agentic orchestration, API integration, SQL, BigQuery.
• Experience coaching and developing early-career talent.
• Excellent communication translating technical ideas into business value for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Dev/Engineering and Product teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to build.
