📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Build and deploy AI solutions with the client's team.
• Translate AI concepts for boards, C-suite, and frontline operators.
• Own the outcome; primary client relationship owner.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and prototypes with client teams.
• Drive go-to-market and growth support for client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in management consulting, startups, or product strategy with ownership.
• Proven track record turning AI from concept to working reality.
• Fluency with AI tooling: foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to lead senior client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tech decisions to non-technical founders.
• Experience in 0-to-1 product building; shipped something.
