🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in management consulting, venture-backed startups, or product strategy with outcomes ownership.
• Proven AI deployment from concept to working reality in organizations.
• Fluency with AI tooling: foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering.
• Strong senior-level client leadership; navigate politics and ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain tech to non-technical leaders.
• 0-to-1 product building experience; shipped real products.
