🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in tech, comms, org psychology, business, or related.
• 10+ years in tech adoption, change mgmt, or org transformation.
• Strong AI and generative AI understanding for broad audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex topics with accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with change mgmt, L&D, and corporate comms.
