🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (tech, comms, org psychology, business).
• 10+ years in technology adoption, change management, or transformation.
• Strong AI and generative AI understanding; communicate to tech and non-tech.
• Proven ability to simplify complex topics with accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across materials and briefings.
• Experience partnering with change management, L&D, and corporate communications.
