📋 Description

• Lead measurement strategy workshops with clients to define goals, KPIs, and analytics approach
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, shaping how they think about analytics, testing
• Build and grow long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand scope and deepen
• Represent the practice in high-stakes client conversations, including escalations and renewals
• Lead project teams through delivery, staying hands-on with the technical work alongside the team
• Define the technical design of Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations, including reviewing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, with prior experience in a senior or
• A track record of building trust with client stakeholders and shaping strategy at a senior level
• Experience leading project teams and, ideally, mentoring or managing consultants or analysts
• Strong business acumen, with experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or account growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and present
