Director, Analytics Engineering & BI Platform (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Lead analytics engineering strategy and core data models; Databricks lakehouse roadmap
• Own semantic layer and metrics store for bookings, ARR, NDRR
• Drive Finance Analytics including bookings, ARR, NDRR and close pipelines
• Set data governance standards: discoverability, lineage, access controls, contracts
• Own data egress and reverse-ETL to Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau
• Shape AI data strategy and data-as-a-product principles

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics/data engineering; 5+ years people management
• Deep hands-on SQL, Python, and dbt; strong Databricks; Snowflake
• Finance/Revenue analytics: Bookings, ARR, NDRR; partner with Finance/RevOps
• Data Vault 2.0, Medallion, Semantic Layer; set data modeling standards
• DataOps: CI/CD for pipelines, dbt tests, Airflow
• Data governance: quality, lineage, cataloging, access; data contracts
