📋 Description

• Define the unified data architecture across our eCommerce platform and systems.
\n
• Establish cross-brand KPIs and measurement standards across sales, forecasting, and finance.
\n
• Own the semantic layer, dashboards, and reporting assets used across DTC brands.
\n
• Lead instrumentation to ensure consistent events and insights across journeys.
\n
• Build the analytics foundation for DTCaaS with data governance and ROI measurement.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
\n
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary analytics or data teams.
\n
• Proven ability to architect and scale data models, dashboards, forecasting tools, and analytics foundations for commerce or consumer platforms.
\n
• Strong understanding of how analytics informs commerce, marketing, finance, supply chain, customer experience, and operations.
\n
• Experience partnering with engineering and product teams to influence data models, instrumentation, and system design; exceptional communication to influence executives.
\n
• Familiar with modern data platforms and analytics engineering concepts (Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI), with ability to guide technical teams and set standards without being hands-on.
