Director and Associate General Counsel, Commercial Operations

📋 Description

• Support commercial projects from beginning to end, from origination and site development through
• Serve as a key legal point of contact to our Commercial Operations team and work closely with
• Drive legal agreements to completion while working cross-functionally and soliciting input
• Support an extremely fast-moving business with tight deadlines while providing diligent and
• Own, improve and/or develop contract processes, policies, procedures and templates to allow our
• Advise on and support state-level grant and incentive programs, including eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience as a transactional lawyer, which can consist of a
• JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state Bar in good standing.
• Can-do attitude, sense of ownership, and dedication to excellent client service.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Sound practical and business judgment with a focus on effectively minimizing risks while achieving
• Proven track record of learning quickly, taking initiative, working proactively and
