Director and Practice Lead, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Define multi-year Data Eng practice vision aligned to enterprise AI demand
• Own P&L including pipeline, pricing, margins, revenue growth
• Build senior relationships with Google Cloud partners and clients
• Lead ethical AI and data democratization strategy
• Drive investment in reusable IP and data accelerators to scale margins
• Advise C-suite on data strategy and AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in data or AI consulting; 3–5 years in practice leadership
• Proven P&L ownership in consulting or professional services
• Deep data/AI ecosystem knowledge: cloud-native platforms, governance
• Executive communication with C-suite stakeholders
• Business development: pipeline and multi-stakeholder deals
• Talent leadership: hiring and developing senior data talent
