Director, App Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing

📋 Description

• Define and lead lifecycle marketing strategy and CRM for app performance.
• Lead global app acquisition from awareness to first booking with cost efficiency.
• Design multi-channel paid app acquisition programs (search, social, networks).
• Own the Get the App (GTA) and web-to-app journey with deep linking.
• Oversee ASO for iOS and Android to improve rankings and store conversions.
• Build and lead a high-performing CRM/growth team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or mobile app marketing.
• Proven track record leading engagement and acquisition programs at scale.
• Deep expertise in CRM channels including email and push notifications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and performance marketing.
• Experience owning paid acquisition and re-engagement campaigns across major platforms.
• Data-driven with metrics, experiments, and insights.
• Familiarity with Braze, Iterable, Leanplum, Airship and mobile measurement tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch).
