📋 Description

• Lead post-training and RL environment strategy.
• Build and scale post-training infra and team.
• Own strategic project support across lab engagements.
• Manage and grow a multi-role team with path to managers.
• Partner with AI lab researchers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain direct customer relationships and progress updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and growing technical teams with a research background in applied ML or AI.
• Technical depth in applied AI systems design and post-training models (PPO, SFT) to support a research-leaning team.
• Experience building and scaling teams or infra in production environments.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations; manage shifting timelines.
• Excellent client-facing communication; translate tech work into business impact.
• Organizational maturity and comfort with ambiguity.
