📋 Description

Lead finances, operations and team management for the Architecture group.
Ensure all proposals and contracts with clients and consultants are in place.
Review and sign off on project budgets before contract execution.
Forecast staffing needs and office financials with the Region's ops manager.
Drive business development and client relationships to grow market share.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit new team members.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience within architecture.
Prior experience leading a team or studio.
Proposals experience.
Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in the local market.
Licensed Architect strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
