• Delivered Autonomy products that rely on complex AI models.
• Management experience leading complex teams or matrixed structures.
• Domain skills in autonomy products – autopilot/navigation, active safety, parking.
• Product delivery skills: roadmap articulation and collaboration with leadership/business functions.
• Execution skills: resource allocation, program planning and 1-2 year roadmap.
• Engineering practices: code development, testing and serviceability; BS/MS in CS/Engineering.
