📋 Description

• Lead & Support Remote Clinical Teams: Manage regional clinical managers and a multi-state team
• Drive Integrated & Outcome-Based Care: Collaborate across Medical Services and Clinical
• Optimize Access & Retention: Partner closely with Clinical Managers and Talent Acquisition to
• Maintain Quality & Regulatory Standards: Oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy in PA as an LCSW.
• 5+ years of clinical operations leadership experience in a behavioral health setting, with proven
• Experience managing managers: Proven track record of leading, coaching, and evaluating clinical
• Direct clinical background with a dedicated focus on pediatric, adolescent, and family mental
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain multi-site or remote therapist teams in a growing
