📋 Description

• Develop and continuously evolve a scalable enterprise BI and reporting architecture across
• Lead the reporting transformation by consolidating conflicting metric definitions into a governed
• Design analytical models and definitions that remain reliable through source-system changes and
• Establish executive, regional, branch, and functional reporting with clear drill-down capabilities
• Build a governed self-service analytics environment that balances accessibility, consistency, data
• Rationalize existing reports and tools by eliminating duplication and low-value reporting while

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience across business intelligence, analytics, FP&A, or related functions
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise BI and reporting
• Experience working in a multi-unit, multi-location, or operationally complex organization
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel capabilities, with the ability to independently investigate data and
• Significant experience with modern BI platforms such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
