• Vet inbound opportunities and brief leadership on fit and scope
• Own RFIs, RFPs, and proposals from kickoff through submission
• Manage client and procurement communications and timelines
• Shaping tailored, strategic proposal narratives with Growth Leads
• Coordinate contributors across multiple departments for pitches
• Maintain proposal library and steward AI knowledge repositories

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in proposal management or agency growth roles
• 2+ years leading complex RFP/RFI responses
• Outstanding written, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with knowledge management systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and PM tools
