📋 Description

• Oversee Broadcast Engineering staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and
• Coordinate staffing and technical operations for live broadcast production events, ensuring
• Manage the documentation, creation, and training of standard operating procedures to ensure
• Oversee third-party vendor services for playout/transmission of Monumental Sports Network services
• Lead the rollout of new systems, ensuring operational and engineering training is implemented
• Provide regular reporting and documentation to support informed decision-making on technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise media and broadcast infrastructure.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience, including recruiting, mentoring, and professional
• Experience supporting staff in a matrix organization, with a focus on timely issue resolution for
• Familiarity with organizational change control processes, IT service management (ITIL), and support
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop creative
