Director, Business Analytics

📋 Description

• Own analytics strategy and roadmap for originations funnel (acquisition to value)
• Build and lead analytics team; set standards in Python and SQL
• Establish experimentation framework with governance; partner with leaders for rigor
• Define key KPIs for originations and company performance; drive accountability
• Present findings and roadmap to executives/board; translate analysis into action
• Identify operational challenges and growth opportunities; set proactive priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, business, or analytical field; MBA a plus
• 7+ years in analytics/strategy (business, marketing, product); leadership experience
• Strong hands-on SQL and Python; know when to dive deep vs delegate
• Ability to set strategic direction for an evolving function and map to team roadmap
• Excellent executive communication; experience presenting to C-suite and board
• Strong data viz and storytelling; present findings clearly to non-tech audiences
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, strategy consulting, or fast-growing startup
• Proven people leader; energized by fast-paced environment and talent development
