📋 Description

  • Lead and grow a high-performing VRS consulting org.
  • Deliver business consulting to optimize NICE CX solutions and ROI.
  • Oversee delivery, governance, change, and data-based decision-making across CX.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Eng, Marketing, and CS to align strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in CX consulting and enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading consulting teams delivering measurable value.
  • Strong business, financial, operational acumen including P&L.
  • Deep knowledge of CCaaS, analytics, Quality, and AI in CX (NICE platforms).
  • Familiarity with NICE CXone, Enlighten Analytics, Nexidia is required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
