📋 Description

  • Sourcing, structuring, and closing partnerships with Mexico payment partners
  • Negotiating terms: pricing, incentives, co-marketing, and volume rebates
  • Developing partner-funded promos to drive first Roku purchases in LATAM
  • Extending the Mexico playbook to Brazil and other LATAM markets
  • Managing regional acquirer relationships for multi-country deals
  • Codifying LATAM deal structures and GTM playbooks for other markets

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development/partnerships in payments/fintech (LATAM preferred)
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of LATAM payments ecosystems (cash, wallets, cross-border)
  • Track record closing complex fintech/financial services deals
  • Proven ability to build business cases with measurable P&L impact
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
