Director Business Development – Discovery Services (Scandinavia, Spain & Portugal)

📋 Description

• Drive revenue and new business opportunities across Scandinavia, Spain and Portugal.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategy with senior customer relationships.
• Manage opportunities across the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build strategic accounts and expand cross-sell within Eurofins Discovery.
• Maintain robust CRM data, forecast and commercial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, MSc or equivalent in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology or related field.
• 5+ years of BD/sales experience in CRO/CDMO/Life Sciences or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and developing strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and preclinical development.
• Experience with pharma/biotech customers across Europe; existing network in Scandinavia and/or
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and scientific communication skills.
