🎯 Requirements

8+ years in BD, partnerships, growth, affiliate marketing, or marketplace strategy.
3+ years leading partnerships or revenue teams.
Deep experience in consumer fintech, financial services marketplaces, or lead gen.
Strong understanding of financial products (credit cards, loans, insurance, banking).
Proven track record negotiating and scaling complex partnerships driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and operational skills with KPIs, forecasting, attribution.
