Director, Business Development - PC/Console

📋 Description

• Source, negotiate, and close AAA/AA PC/console licensing deals end-to-end.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships across core, casual, and kids IP.
• Structure multi-year licensing agreements to maximize value and revenue.
• Represent Wizards and Hasbro externally as a partner of choice for game dev.
• Evaluate opportunities with commercial and creative rigor.
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week in Renton, WA office.

🎯 Requirements

• Tenure in video game BD and licensing (PC/console) in AAA/AA space.
• Proven dealmaker with a track record closing high-value partnerships.
• Experience across core, casual, and kids/preschool IP portfolios.
• Deep expertise in licensing structures and multi-year deal economics.
• Strong industry network across studios, publishers, platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional leadership in global, fast-paced environments.
