📋 Description

• Own the strategic planning, goal setting, and operational cadence for the Care Operations
• Lead a team of analysts and project managers, providing direct management, performance oversight
• Design and execute high-impact initiatives that improve operational efficiency, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, program
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field (or
• Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, including analysts or project managers, and
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end strategic project management, process improvement, and
• Demonstrated experience writing and utilizing SQL to query complex datasets and translate
• Demonstrated ability to design, pilot, and implement scalable operational processes across
