🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
12+ years experience, 3-5 years advanced operations management in pharma
Strong leadership in complex, matrixed environment
Knowledge of DSCSA and audit readiness preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Project planning, management, and analytical skills
