📋 Description

• Plan and co-design cross-functional Product planning calendar with GTM.
• Align annual planning cycles, artifacts, and delivery with Sales and GTM.
• Fix misalignment across suites with a lightweight planning framework.
• Maintain dynamic roadmaps and cross-product alignment.
• Design end-to-end launch processes across units.
• Co-develop the launch playbook with GTM, Sales, CX, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business operations, program mgmt, or process design.
• Proven track record building lightweight, widely adopted processes.
• Experience scaling core operating processes (stage gates, cadences).
• Strong partnership and co-creation mindset with operators.
• Led cross-functional product launches end-to-end (GTM, Sales, CX).
• People management experience in process design or PM roles.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• K-12 or education context preferred.
