📋 Description

• Lead discovery conversations across corporate functions (Finance, Sales Ops, Procurement, HR).
• Map and re-engineer end-to-end processes with AI intervention points.
• Triage opportunities; distinguish AI-suited workflows and high-value vs low-impact.
• Brief engineering with clean requirements; route opportunities when scope exceeds capacity.
• Mentor license holders; run workshops to raise AI literacy.
• Maintain the discovery pipeline as a managed asset with ROI estimates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MSP/cloud/enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Workflow re-engineering experience: map, analyze, redesign end-to-end workflows.
• End-to-end systems thinking: manage full workflow and data handoffs.
• Strong critical thinking: challenge assumptions and resist surface fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication: with executives and contributors.
• Experience using a generative AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for real work.
