📋 Description

• Lead and scale CoreWeave's Business Recruiting across Revenue, GTM, and G&A.
• Build and execute recruiting strategy; lead a high-performing team.
• Partner with Business leadership to attract and retain top talent.
• Own strategic Talent Acquisition across Business functions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, director, and executive GTM & G&A roles.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Operations recruiting including Revenue, GTM, and G&A.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing recruiting orgs with 25+ reports.
• Proven track record recruiting senior/executive GTM and Business Ops roles.
• Deep knowledge of Business Ops and GTM org structures.
• Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
• Hands-on with AI tools and agentic recruiting workflows.
