• Strategic Technical Leadership: Guide evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem.
• Delivery & Velocity Management: Agile/Scrum; balance velocity with system stability.
• External Resource Orchestration: Manage high-output consultant teams and staff augmentation.
• Integration Architecture: Middleware and patterns (Boomi, Mulesoft) for data flow.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or equivalent.
