📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer value journeys, including landing, expanding, and renewing accounts
• Translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
• Serve as executive sponsor across customer portfolio
• Direct Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources through the Celonis Customer Value
• Host QBRs and EBRs to communicate results and realized value to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Business domain expertise (e.g., Finance or Supply Chain) and experience in
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite
• Product Expertise: Experience guiding customer's IT teams through Celonis Process Intelligence
• Project Management: Plan and manage project scope, expectations, timelines
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders
• Value Selling Methodology: Experience with Celonis value selling methodology including discovery
