• Capital Markets Strategy and Execution: Execute debt financing strategies across construction
• End-to-End Transaction Management: Lead multiple financing transactions simultaneously
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, perform cash

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a
