• Lead credit risk initiatives for card growth and policy design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in consumer finance, data-driven backgrounds.
• Deep experience with consumer lending/credit risk, cards.
• Data-driven, independent problem solver with business sense.
• Strong communicator; translate complexity to business insights.
• Comfortable solving white-space problems amid ambiguity.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; Python a plus.
