📋 Description

  • Lead and own a partnerships strategy across the Americas, starting in Mexico.
  • Identify growth opportunities; build a partner portfolio across Big 4, ERPs, SaaS, fintech.
  • Design scalable channel programs: referrals, affiliates, co-marketing, integrations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product to position Airwallex in the Americas.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Channel/GTM Partnerships team.
  • Own partner-sourced revenue targets; define KPIs; report with Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in channel partnerships or related roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a track record of meeting OKRs/KPIs; focus on partnerships.
  • Comfortable with data/spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker, Salesforce) and presenting to partners/clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish (fluent in both).
