🎯 Requirements

10+ years of commercial and residential land development project experience
Prior experience leading an office, studio, department, or engineering practice
Business development experience
Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in the local market
Proposals experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
