📋 Description

• Lead daily operations and development of the client relationship team for high-quality support.
• Establish and optimize client management processes, tools, playbooks, and plans.
• Partner with sales, operations, and product to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor client service metrics, team performance, and account health data.
• Build trusted relationships with key customers to boost engagement and retention.
• Understand client needs, workflows, and business objectives to tailor solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years experience, incl. 4+ years in leadership roles (planning, comms, org, development).
• 3+ years in client-facing service orgs (CS/Account Management/IT or software).
• Healthcare technology/health IT experience valued.
• Strong project management to navigate complex situations.
• Ability to communicate with VP/C-level stakeholders.
