Director, Client Strategy

📋 Description

• Own client health and strategic direction for complex flagship accounts.
• Synthesize inputs from advertising, strategy, marketing sciences, and AM into roadmaps.
• Lead Strategy Group with weekly reviews of account strategy.
• Present as senior leader to clients at key strategic moments.
• Ensure Wheelhouse work reads as clear executive narratives, not data dumps.
• Coach AMs and raise strategic capability across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital/performance or integrated agency with strategy ownership.
• Synthesize cross-channel data into executive narratives and recommendations.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and VP-level client contacts.
• Experience leading a Strategy Group and coaching teams.
• Healthcare, health tech, or medtech/regulatory industry preferred.
• Familiar with performance measurement, attribution frameworks.
