Director, Client Success

📋 Description

• Oversee post-sale client success for a book of business
• Serve as primary liaison for client requests, reporting, and optimizations
• Mentor a pod of Client Success Managers
• Drive renewals and incremental revenue with clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Analytics, and Campaign teams
• Provide insights on campaign performance and post-campaign reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Client Success in adtech/digital/programmatic
• Passion for digital ads; healthcare experience a plus
• Comfort in a fast-growing startup environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
• Strong verbal/written communication
• Problem-solving with client ad hoc questions
