📋 Description

  • Manage and grow client relationships across EnableComp; align expectations.
  • Lead client business reviews, status meetings, and ROI discussions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote new solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with IT/Product Support and other teams; ensure deliverables.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting summaries, and client reporting packages.
  • Travel up to 30% and act as a professional ambassador to clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10 years of account management in healthcare tech (revenue cycle).
  • Salesforce CRM experience is required.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
