Director, Clinical Procurement

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the clinical procurement strategy aligned with Generate's broader procurement
• Partner with Clinical Operations and functional leaders to forecast vendor needs, assess sourcing
• Lead clinical vendor sourcing and evaluation processes and develop selection recommendations with
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department on suppliers and agreements that serve both clinical and
• Structure and run competitive processes, vendor evaluations, due diligence, and selection
• Lead commercial negotiations and contracting for clinical services in partnership with Procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or
• 12+ years of relevant experience in clinical procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, major sourcing initiatives, or complex cross-functional
• Experience supporting global, late-stage clinical development programs, including complex
• Demonstrated success leading vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management for
• Working knowledge of clinical trial operations, clinical service provider models, and the needs of
