📋 Description

• Serve as executive SME on healthcare quality regulations and compliance.
• Interpret evolving healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Advise leadership on long-term compliance strategies and impacts.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and healthcare partners.
• Lead educational initiatives promoting regulatory awareness and compliance.
• Oversee enterprise quality performance review processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum six (6) years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience using databases, spreadsheets, or CQI tools.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a clinical setting, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field.
• Master's in Admin/Healthcare or related field with 8+ years QA experience; OR Bachelor's with 10+ years; OR 13+ years.
• Active RN license in Georgia; within 24 months: CPPS, CPHQ, or CPHRM.
