📋 Description

• Provides leadership and oversight of global activities and timelines for execution of full-service
• Oversees project management and project finance teams
• Participates in the development and implementation of organizational strategies, technologies, and
• Develops and improves policies and processes, ensures product quality and compliance monitoring
• Plans staff and contractor resources and manages performance
• Provides support and expertise to sponsors/clients throughout the project life cycle and represents

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) + minimum of 10 years related
• Deep experience in CRO industry with full-service project management leadership, coaching and
• Phase II experience prerequisite; Phase III highly desirable
• Experience in gastrointestinal (GI) clinical trial project management highly desirable
• Significant financial responsibility including budget setting, financial processing
