📋 Description

• Strategic Clinical Leadership: Champion site engagement to maximize trial participation.
• Orchestration of Cross-Functional Networks: Lead cross-functional team to translate partner needs into data-driven programs.
• Pharma Partner Relationship Management: Act as medical lead for Pharma Partners; steer contracts and relationships.
• Driving Patient Impact: Lead provider outreach and patient engagement to optimize enrollment.
• Organizational Strategy & Growth: Identify opportunities for process optimization and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., Master's in Genetic Counseling or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience (pharma/biotech/diagnostics).
• Minimum 5 years direct clinical trials experience.
• Experience standing up clinical trial services and health system engagement preferred.
• Previous pharma client engagement experience preferred.
