Director, Cloud Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Cloud Operations teams across North America (US & Canada).
• Drive multi-cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Design secure cloud networking across multi-cloud environments.
• Manage middleware/data services (PostgreSQL, Ignite, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Own production issue escalations and RCAs with cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure security/compliance (ISO, SOC 2, FedRAMP, StateRAMP).

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/Engineering; 8+ years CloudOps/DevOps; 5+ years in a manager role.
• Experience architecting highly available, scalable cloud infra.
• Hands-on with AWS; Linux, security, networking fundamentals.
• Containerization and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Deployment automation: Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Nagios, Kibana, Prometheus.
