• Lead Strategic Operations & Risk Mitigation
• Drive Dispute & Case Management: Oversee global dispute resolution processes for Direct
• Manage Delinquency & Risk: Oversee credit card delinquency, unbillable suspensions, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive management experience across order-to-cash, accounting, finance, revenue
• Cloud Marketplace Expertise: Knowledge of cloud ecosystem billing across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Revenue, Legal, Engineering, and Finance; ability to
• Experience implementing and automating operational workflows and systems (ERP, Billing Engines
• Proven track record in leading global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with documented
