📋 Description

• Lead statewide data strategy and alignment across KIPP Forward programs.
• Align data systems, processes, and tools statewide.
• Establish timely data-sharing structures to empower teams.
• Standardize metrics and data entry to maintain data integrity.
• Provide weekly data-driven recommendations to KIPP Texas leaders.
• Coach and build capacity of school-based college access teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years leading a college access team.
• Experience with high school students and families in college counseling.
• Experience with high school college access programming and systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; interpersonal skills.
