📋 Description

• Implement KIPP Texas postsecondary access vision across designated high schools.
• Coach and develop school-based College & Career Counseling teams.
• Lead statewide initiatives: curriculum alignment, coaching, and professional development.
• Build partnerships with school leaders, higher education institutions, and community organizations to secure resources.
• Drive 4-year enrollment growth; set targets for 2030 with data-driven adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years managing a team toward College Access outcomes.
• Experience with high school students and families in college counseling (preferred).
• Experience in high school college access programming and systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and data literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; bilingual a plus.
