📋 Description

• Lead statewide college access initiatives for KIPP Texas
• Drive 4-year college enrollment through coaching teams
• Align curriculum and data systems across programs
• Provide PD and coaching to seminar teachers and advisors
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and communities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• 2+ years leading a college access team
• Experience with high school students and families
• Experience in college access programming and systems
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven decision making and reporting
