📋 Description

• Lead statewide data strategy across KIPP Forward programs
• Align data systems, processes, and tools statewide
• Establish timely data-sharing structures for insights
• Standardize data metrics and entry protocols for integrity
• Provide data-driven recommendations to KIPP Texas leaders weekly
• Coach teams to boost college enrollment and readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 2+ years leading a team toward college access outcomes
• Experience with high school students and families in college counseling
• Experience in high school college access programming and systems
• Experience leading high-performance, diverse teams
• Data-driven decision making and strong communication skills
