Director, Commercial Data Management Governance

📋 Description

• Establish and lead a scalable commercial data governance framework, including policies, standards
• Define data ownership, accountability, and decision rights across Commercial, IT, and external
• Prioritize governance initiatives based on business value, including product launch readiness
• Serve as the business owner of commercial data across CRM, data warehouse, analytics, and reporting
• Translate business and analytics needs into clear data requirements, definitions, and acceptance
• Establish validation processes, review checkpoints, and change-management controls to maintain data

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of related professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a
• Extensive experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or commercial data
• Significant experience supporting commercial data within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or
• Proven track record of establishing or maturing data governance programs, policies, standards, and
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption through influence and
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data domains and sources, including HCP/HCO
